As promised in my most recent post, I have donated the tidy sum of $121.50 to Childline. Technically you can’t donate to Childline, it must be the NSPCC. But do not worry, I have not used this fact to claim that ‘all bets are off’. Using a readily available Internet currency converter, I calculated the donation at £67.33.
This is lot of money.
In Puerto Banus, from where I have just returned, this will buy you one Gin & Tonic and a mars bar. It is like holidaying twenty years in the future.
Below you will find an image confirmation of my donation, with my super secret identity obscured (the bank would not let me have a Mr Angry credit card, something do with me commiting fraud. As if!). Click on it for the full sized image.
I will be back with a normal post tomorrow, when I will be leaving all this altruistic bollocks behind me.

Well done Angry. Didn’t know about this as I have been holed up in Turkey banishing the summer blues. Excellent idea!
You might get a little more yet, Now I’ve acquired the click on adverts habit (Damn You Angry) I clicked on the two adverts on the comments page, one is for Aadil Hospital in Lahore who for a fee will swap your kidney with someone else’s but you have to supply your own donor. This being the third world though I imagine for a further fee they’ll buy one off a street urchin for you.
The other is for the London Bridge Fertility Clinic touting their successes and asking for egg donations which kinda puzzles me, why would they want people to donate eggs? they’re not very expensive, Tesco’s is full of them and why do they want them anyway does a egg rich diet make people feel randier or something?
The credit card information is all smeary. Have you tried uploading it as .gif?
Altruistic bollocks? Now that’s a concept!
